R1-AD 시리즈는 POTS 라인을 이용 하향 25M 속도를 제공하는 ADSL2+ IP DSLAM입니다. R1AD 시리즈는 POTS 스플리터를 내장한 24 port와, 스플리터를 내장하지 않은 24/48의 3가지 모델이 있습니다. 모든 R1-AD 시리즈는 1RU의 컴팩트한 사이즈에 풀 프론트 액세스(full-front access)를 제공하고 있어 설치와 유지보수가 간단합니다.
표준 기반 DMT ADSL2+ 기술로 개발된 R1-AD는 이전 ADSL기술과도 호환됩니다.
R1-AD 시리즈는 IP 백본과 연결하는 기가비트 이더넷과 그리고 GEPON의 업링크 인터페이스를 제공 합니다. 또한 스택킹으로 확정성을 제공합니다. 서비스 공급자 의 다양한 업링크 옵션을 사용하여 R1-AD 시리즈로 상대적으로 낮은 UP link 스피드의 인터페이스를 사용하여 고속의 데이터 서비스 뿐만 아니라, 대역폭이 큰 업링크를 사용하여 TPS서비를 제공할 수 있습니다. 비디오를 포함한 TPS 서비스를 하기 위하여 QoS, IGMP V2 스누핑과 같은 멀티캐스트, 802.1Q Vlan Tagging, 802.1p CoS와 같은 IP base의 기능을 보유하고 있습니다. .
