Overview |
|
The advent of high end Internet applications has led to a sudden surge of data traffic around the world. Adapting to the ever evolving environment of broadband technologies has been an ongoing process, which has helped in satiating the increasing demand for bandwidth. Corecess SHDSL CPE is a high speed Digital Subscriber Line device that can be used to combine data, voice and video traffic on a single DSL Line. Corecess CPEs terminate a standards based line that originates from the Corecess IP DSLAM family of access multiplexers or any other standards based SHDSL line card, and provides three interfaces for the end user's communication equipment. SHDSL technology is optimized for the enterprise market by supporting symmetric speeds of up to 2.3Mbps. This unit is ideally suited for service providers who wish to offer small and medium companies, replacement services of leased line services: T1/E1 and/or Frame Relay. The Corecess SHDSL CPE solutions integrate routing functionality to enable enterprise users with multiple clients to communicate within the office and access the Internet efficiently. Provides support on various ATM based standards like PPPoA (RFC 2364), Multi-protocol over ATM AAL5 (RFC 2684), Classical IP over ATM (RFC 2225), ATM Forum UNI3.1/4.0 PVC.
